Put Your Project in Experienced Hands
Our depth of experience in recreation and sports facility development, combined with our relationships with contractors, suppliers and industry bodies means we take the headaches away from from the construction process. Our expertise extends to the development of tender documentation and contractor management to ensure OH&S compliance and adherence to all relevant standards. We provide hold point inspections to review site work against the project scope, timeframe and budget and provide thorough reporting in a format that clients understand and can action.
Project Management
Our expertise in sports surfaces is unequalled in Victoria. Unbelievable as it may seem, courts are built frequently that are mismeasured or uneven. We provide end-to-end project management throughout the delivery stage to ensure everything is to plan, and everything meets sporting code requirements. We request quotes from multiple suppliers on your behalf, we schedule works, and we supervise on-site. That means we get our measuring tape and spirit level out on-site and we check and check again to ensure your sporting surface is perfect the first time.
Quoting & Tender Management
Armed with detailed design and project specifications, the next step is to source competitive quotations to deliver the works. We can provide the documentation to enable you to manage this process, or we can manage the request for quotations process on your behalf. Many 2MH clients find this an enormous help because it saves so much time and effort.
Construction Administration
Project scoping, costing, occupational health and safety management, quality assurance and more; we manage every aspect of construction on your behalf. That means your project is constructed on time, on budget, and meets the design specifications.
Project Acquittal
When the project is complete, we provide a full project acquittal to document what has been delivered and compliance with relevant standards. This is particularly helpful for local government and sporting groups before the stakeholder handing over the final payment to the contractor. It’s also good business practice and part of what we do every day to make life easier for clients.
